Don’t specialize on a niche proffesion. Specialize on a problem.

Instead of specializing on a specific job role, specialize on a specific human problem that you are dedicated to solving.

When you’re spending your years focusing on a really big human problem you end up living a life of purpose.

And when you’re naturally excited by the work that you do end up attracting more positive and capable people.

This process creates a self-reinforcing virtuous cycle leading to greater fulfillment, meaning, and happiness.
